Minting Technician

From our state-of-the-art facility in Attleboro, Massachusetts, we specialize in recovering and refining Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium, and Iridium for industries across the globe. We’re looking for a Minting Technician to join our growing production team. This is a full-time, on-site position where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology. If you’re mechanically skilled, take pride in your work, and enjoy hands-on production in a clean, team-oriented environment — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot minting equipment such as presses, rolling mills, and stamping machinery
  • Prepare precious metal materials by measuring, melting, and alloying according to specifications
  • Inspect and measure finished products for quality, weight, and precision
  • Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
  • Record production data and assist in process improvements
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in machine operation, mechanical maintenance, or production work
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions
  • Dependable team player with solid communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in precious metals production
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training a plus
  • Prior experience in metalworking, minting, or refining environments is an advantage
