Minting Technician

We’re looking for a Minting Technician to join our growing production team. This is a full-time, on-site position where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology. If you’re mechanically skilled, take pride in your work, and enjoy hands-on production in a clean, team-oriented environment — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot minting equipment such as presses, rolling mills, and stamping machinery
- Prepare precious metal materials by measuring, melting, and alloying according to specifications
- Inspect and measure finished products for quality, weight, and precision
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
- Record production data and assist in process improvements
- Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in machine operation, mechanical maintenance, or production work
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Dependable team player with solid communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in precious metals production
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training a plus
- Prior experience in metalworking, minting, or refining environments is an advantage
